Naksha City is a digital initiative by ArchetiQ Construction, a licensed architectural and civil engineering firm registered in Bihar, India. We provide affordable, Vastu-compliant house floor plans and architectural drawings for residential plots across Bihar and India.

2. Acceptable Use

This website uses IP-based location detection (via ipapi.co) to automatically identify your approximate city. This is used solely to personalise the WhatsApp pre-filled message with your city name, making it easier for you to describe your location to our architects.

• No GPS or device location access is requested.
• No location data is stored on our servers.
• The detected city is used only within your browser session.
• IP geolocation is approximate (~city level) and may not be 100% accurate.
• You can manually correct your city in the WhatsApp message before sending.

3.2 Browser Local Storage

We use your browser's localStorage to remember your offer price and countdown timer within a single session. This data:

• Never leaves your browser.
• Is not transmitted to any server.
• Contains only: offer price (₹2 or ₹3) and session end time.
• Can be cleared at any time via your browser settings.

3.3 WhatsApp Redirect

When you click our WhatsApp button, you are redirected to wa.me (WhatsApp's official link service) with a pre-filled message. This redirect:

• Only opens WhatsApp — no data is sent to us without you pressing "Send" in WhatsApp.
• Uses your detected/URL city and plot details you searched for.
• Is optional — you may edit or clear the pre-filled message before sending.

Actual costs depend on material quality, labour rates, site conditions, contractor, and location. ArchetiQ Construction is not liable for any financial decisions made based on these estimates.

4.3 Vastu Shastra Information

Vastu Shastra guidance provided on our pages is based on traditional Indian architectural principles and is provided for informational purposes. Results of applying Vastu principles are subjective and not guaranteed. We do not make any claims about health, wealth, or prosperity outcomes.

• WhatsApp enquiries — when you contact us via WhatsApp, your phone number and message are handled by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
• Analytics — we may use anonymous analytics (page views, city-level traffic) to improve our service. No personally identifiable information is collected.

All architectural designs, floor plans, 3D renders, content, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of ArchetiQ Construction. Unauthorised reproduction, copying, or distribution of our designs is prohibited under Indian copyright law.

Floor plans purchased or commissioned through Naksha City are licensed to the client for their personal residential use only and may not be resold or used for commercial construction without written consent.
